Big and bulky includes items such as furniture, rugs and large mirrors.
For items marked as "Big & Bulky" we can offer a custom shipping quote for interstate customers. Please fill out this form. Alternatively, if you're located in VIC metro, we offer local pick up from our Preston warehouse.

Depending on the item/s and the delivery location, in some circumstances unusually high freight charges may be incurred.
At this time we are only able to ship to Australian addresses. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Returns
All Madras Link products are sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be in their original packaging and must be unused and unwashed. Products returned without their packaging, that have been washed or used and do not have the accompanying receipt of purchase will not be approved for refund. Approved refunds cover the original product purchase price. Delivery charges from Madras Link as well as the cost to return the product to Madras Link are not reimbursed. Once approved, returns may take up to two weeks to process.
Faulty Items
When considering whether an item is faulty please consider the handmade nature of the product. In the unlikely event where an item is found to be faulty, Madras Link will provide a replacement (where we are able), or offer a full refund.
